
You will need:
Whole Wheat French Bread (will post homemade recipe)
Pizza Sauce of your Choice
Pepporoni or whatever other toppings you like.
1 bag of Mozarella Cheese
You can make this as healthy as you want. You can either buy French Bread at the store which I did here or make your own! Right now I am pregnant and very tired so the quicker to make it the better! This is a lot healthier then the box stuff and you can even make whole grain french bread (or buy it).

Jenn’s Amazing Smoothie Recipe

This is so amazing you will be smiling all day!)
(My daughter Alyssa and I drink this for breakfast all the time.)
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 and ½ cups of frozen strawberries (I let them thaw about 20 min so they are easier to blend but don’t over thaw because the frozen-ness makes it taste better.
1 ripe banana cut into pieces
1 capful of vanilla (about a teaspoon)
2 squirts of honey (or your preference depending on your sweetness desire)
½ of cup of non-fat dry milk
You can also add any vitamin powders that you like. There is a Flaxeed one I like a lot that has no taste. It is called “Omega 3 Brain Booster.” Go to www.Omega3BrainBooster.com.

The Salad Recipe I Stole From Hilarie

You will need:
Dark Salad Greens Preferably but any Salad will do
Favorite Salad Veggies, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber etc...
Feta Cheese (a must to get the full effect of the recipe)
Sunflower Seeds (delicious option) but not necessary
Dressing (This is the Good Part)
Oil
Equal Amount of Red Wine Vinegar
Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Alyssa's Favorite Popcorn

You will need:
Big Bowl of Air Popped Popcorn (The kids love making it! Heck I love making it this way)
1-2 tablespoons of Real Butter Melted!
Sugar to Taste
Salt to Taste
Tastes just like Kettle Korn......yummy!

You will need:
Plain Yogurt
mixed berries
1-2 tsp of sugar
capful of vanilla
Mix everything together until it makes a beautiful rainbow color and enjoy!!
